Who Else Wants To Know How To Attract Your Perfect Partner Using Law Of Attraction?

Do you know exactly what you want in your love relationship? Think of the kinds of things that you want in a partner. Have you noticed how you are starting to imagine a list? Now keep that list in your minds eye and ask yourself....

"Why aren't they in my life yet?"

Are you one of those people who are walking around singing that negative old song.........

what's love got to do got to do with it
what's love but a second emotion
what's love got to do got to do with it

As you answer the question you find yourself having some negative thoughts about why a perfect partner is not in your life yet. Imagine what it would be like if you were really, really clear. If you able to look right in to a mirror and say "I am 100% certain that my perfect partner is on their way to me" then you can be certain they will be. If you were unable to do this you most likely aren't clear on the inside of yourself of what you really do want.

So sit right down right now and ask yourself another question. "What does it mean that you haven't got what you want yet?"

Are you ready for this?

Your answer to those questions will reveal your beliefs. For instance, if you say "I am to old to be in love", then you have a belief that you are too old to attract a perfect partner.

Or if you say "I just haven't figured out how to get what I want in the love department" then you are revealing a belief that says you have to know how to get what you want before you can have it.

Some women have the belief that they are not good enough to be loved. This is B68a limiting belief and not the truth.

Do you know what a limiting belief is? A belief is assuming something to be true, or to be a fact. A belief is not caused, it is created by choice.

Yes, you read that right. By choice!
For instance, a book would be a fact as it exists rather than just being a belief. But saying that the book is good for you would be a belief.

See the difference?

It is your perception of events that cause how you feel. Maybe going on a date hasn't happened yet and you feel like it never will. When you change your beliefs about the date ever happening you can change your life today.

Because beliefs shape the way we feel and think it also effects how we act.

So what do you tell yourself when you look at your love relationships and see it isn't where you want it to be?

I can hear you now:" How do I get out of this pattern and get the love and partner that I want?"

Everything is energy, whether we are people, or objects. So what we can do is alter our energy to help influence other energies.

Are you willing to release the fear of never meeting your perfect partner and feel the trust that it will happen?

Look into your life and see if what you're complaining about is really relevant. Are you complaining about the lack of good partners out there? Or complaining that you can't trust people out there? You can use all of your experiences as mirrors in your life.

Visualize it. How does it look?

Now that you know that you may have some limiting beliefs you can make a shift and let go. Some of you may not have a lot of work to do on your limiting beliefs and this will be quick and easy.

Now here comes the good part.

You have decided to trust, let go and let the Law of Attraction bring you your perfect partner.

Once you are very, very clear about what it is that you do want, you are sending out a different energy and you attract different results using the Law of Attraction intentionally.

Imagine what it would be life if you made these changes in your life? Wouldn't it be amazing to see the difference in your life? It really can be done. Now I would like to help you experience the same thing by using the Law of Attraction deliberately and intentionally.

Can The Law Of Attraction Work For You?

If you have read 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne then you would know about how the 'law of attraction' can change your life. Perhaps you haven't read the book but you may have still heard about it on TV, radio or from a friend. Many people have claimed to have amazing results using the law of attraction but does it really work for everyone? Can it work for you?

It can and it does even without you being aware of it. The way that you think will attract certain things into your life and even if you don't know how to use this to your advantage you are still using it. Unfortunately many of us use it to our disadvantage because we just don't know how to use it correctly.

What you really should be asking is how the law of attraction can work for you in a more positive way?

There are two types of people in the world, there are those who seem to have everything go well for them and always succeed in everything that they do and then there are those who always seem to have things go wrong and never succeed with anything.

The first group of people - the successful people who have everything go right for them - will tend to be very positive people. They think positively and as a result those positive thoughts attract more positive things into their lives. When these people take on a challenge they take it on with a positive outlook knowing that they can succeed and therefore they usually do.

The second group of people - the people who everything goes wrong for and never have any success - will tend to be quite negative people. They always think negatively and as a result they attract more negative things into their lives. When these people take on a challenge they take it on with a negative outlook and will often think to themselves that they won't succeed and as a result the usually fail.

That is basically how the law of attraction works in a nutshell. You attract into your life what you think.

So can the law of attraction work for you? Well it sure can and it sure does, but you really do need to change the way you think so that it can work for you in a more positive way. You can take a course in how to manifest good things into your life that will help you to change the way you think and teach you how to use the law of attraction for the best and most successful outcome.

5 Tips For Raising Your Vibration

One of the most important things to work on and maintain when it comes to using the law of attraction and attracting everything you want in your life is your ability to2238 raise and maintain a high vibration. Just as light travels at a certain vibration, as does sound, and everything else in the universe, we must learn to raise our own vibration and keep it up in order to maximize our results with the law of attraction. Here are five tips for getting your vibration up as well as keeping it there.

1. Take the time to visualize every single day about the things you want in your life. Taking time in the morning for at least ten minutes every single day will do wonders for your energy level through out the rest of the day. In today's world it can sometimes be very difficult to deal with the daily stresses and keep our vibrations up. The more you practice visualizing, the better you will get at it. The better you get at it, the more you will be able to take a mini two minute vacation any time during the day that you need to. Learning to get good at visualizing also allows you to attract things to you quicker. The more you are able to put emotion into your visualization, the quicker the things you want will come to you.

2. Learn to pay closer attention to your emotions and when they begin to dip in energy. The better you get at learning to recognize when your vibration and energy is dropping, the quicker you can fix it and keep your energy up. It is much easier to get your vibration back up if it only drops a little bit than it is to get your vibration all the way back to max if you allow it to drop significantly. Learn to monitor your emotions on a regular basis. This is how we navigate and relate to the world anyway. Our emotions are a natural part of our every day experience. Also learn to recognize what things begin to cause what emotions in you. The better you get at this, the better you will get at learning to guard yourself against those things that cause you vibration to drop. Pay close attention to your emotions, and learn ways to pick your vibration and emotions back up as soon as they begin to drop, including a mini-vacation with a two minute visualization.

3. Change the type of music you listen to. Certain types of music effect our vibration in different ways. Typically, most people will listen to the type of music they enjoy the most because they enjoy the vibration that type of music creates within them. Often times though, this type of music doesn't create the type of vibration that will allow them to experience the emotions they need to experience to attract what it is they want to attract. Find the music that creates the vibration inside of you that is in alignment with what it is you are trying to attract to yourself. Very hard rock and rap are horrible types of music for a good vibration. You also don't want to be listening to soft rock or love songs if you are trying to attract money. Though they can put you in a more positive vibration, they are not in alignment with the goal at hand. Evalaute the music you listen to and begin to listen to music that allows you to feel the emotions and vibrations that are in alignment with what it is you are trying to attract.

Attraction - The Power to Attract Your Chosen Life

There are many ways to do Law of Attraction work. You've no doubt heard of meditation, visualization, affirmation and mind programming. There is also the system I teach, the ASSERT System.

I write about the advantages of using the ASSERT System in other articles. But to recap, the biggest benefit is the control you'll gain over your own life. Since this system is designed to cover all the necessary steps, logically and methodically, you'll bring an organized approach to your inner work. This helps you make it easier to resolve your problems and set things right in your life. No more hit-or-miss. You don't miss essential steps in your Attraction process.

From now on, once you identify an issue that you want to work on, you'll be able to cover all the necessary steps and create the changes you desire.

However, there's one more issue. We touched on it in an earlier article, and it's this matter of learning to accept yourself as something more today than you were yesterday.

Personal growth. Metanoia.

To get change, and to keep it, you will have to become the person who can take charge of those pesky problem areas. You have to change and accept yourself as a more capable person with the authority and power to do these new things.

The ASSERT exercises alone are a tremendous help in moving forward toward this inner change, but sometimes people run into hidden resistance within their own minds.

They don't -- can't -- believe that they could ever have that much power over their own life. Of course, as you continue working on them, eventually they will yield. But this doesn't have to be a long, time-consuming process.

If you find your inner work stalling, seek out a practitioner of NLP, hypnosis or other method to help clear your inner blocks. Newer techniques include EFT, TAT and other energy methods. These methods all work amazingly fast.

Remember, to ASSERT your desires into reality, all you have to do is: 1st accept, 2nd see, 3rd savor, 4th expect, 5th receive, and 7th thank the Universe... for all the wonderful things you are receiving.

Do this with persistence, conviction and intensity, and you'll start seeing shifts and changes in your circumstances. Of course, the highest, most exciting changes will be within yourself.

Releasing Sadness and Being Happy (Law of Attraction)

Think of a life area111C. Any life area. Close your eyes for a second and focus on how you feel. Then with a breath, release the thought and open your eyes.

The feelings that come up regarding the different life areas could vary from person to person. Some may feel optimistic, some may feel hopelessness, some pure joy, some happiness, some acute sadness, and so on. There may even be cases where people feel optimistic on the surface, but with an underlying element of sadness (which is a mixed signal being sent off into the Universe with regard to that life area).

These are the vibrations that you are giving out to the Universe, which is actively responding to them and bringing back physical manifestations.

So what does one do about it?

Work to clear how you feel about these life areas, of course!

When you feel ecstatically happy and joyous about a life area, know that you are in alignment with receiving what you asked for. It will flow to you so easily that you may not even remember having asked for it in the first place.

And this is the place that I work to get people to; the place of abundant happiness and easy manifestation. Universal knowledge, intuition and the ability to change minds and transmute energy quickly, are tools that come in handy for getting people to this place of abundant happiness and joy in their life.

All that God wants is for us to be happy! That's all. He is not demanding perfection from us at all. Be happy and smile through the day as if you don't have a care in the world. And pursue whatever study or whatever course of action you need to pursue, to get yourself into this smiling and giving space.

I use the words 'giving space' because one who is happy, automatically shares that happiness and gives naturally of what he has plenty. Which is exactly why under the Law of Attraction, we are advised to 'Act As if'.

In my recent newsletter (issued from my website) I had written on the topics of - Acting as if, Confidence and the Steps to Success.

The articles dealt with already having what you want more of, being confident of who you are, and then taking the steps in that confidence towards your success. Acting as if basically assumes that you are happy because you are already successful.

In my experience with my clients I found that it is sometimes difficult for people to Act As if, because the mind is unable to come up with the state of beingness that is required to even pretend that what they asked for is already with them. If you can Act As if and flow with it, then your vibrations are already pretty good. And all that needs to be released is the underlying fear of not getting.

For those who find it difficult to Act As if, I recommend that you develop your state of happiness in your Self as a Whole, rather than focusing on a single subject matter that you are trying to manifest.

Work with your mind and get it to understand and to believe that it is already happy, no matter what. And when your mind can do this, then it is very easy to manifest individual situations.

Work on releasing all sadness in your life. I cannot stress on this point enough. There is no use in trying to manifest individual situations if you carry your sadness around with you. Let it go. Let go of all sadness, now, and be happy. Take whatever steps you need to take to be happy. And from that state of happiness, manifest joyfully!

Release all sadness with regard to each one of your life areas, and witness those life areas resolve themselves in front of you. And then, plan your expansion in these life areas, because successful expansion is the natural state for you. Don't stagnate in any life area thereby giving it a chance to gather negative energy to it. Keep on moving happily and take lots of well deserved rest in-between.

Law of Attraction in Action - How to Develop Parking Karma

I have parking karma. If you don't know what this is, it's the ability to manifest parking spaces even in the busiest downtown business districts. And it's based on the Law of Attraction.

My parking karma started out as a game. I read a book on manifesting things in the physical world using the Law of Attraction and the author suggested starting with something small, like parking spaces. Whenever I had to go somewhere, I would perform the simple ritual. Soon, without failing, I would have a great parking space waiting for me wherever I went. Often in the front row!

This Law of Attraction game was fun and I played it all the time: before going to the grocery store, the bank, the post office. I got my kids involved, too. Every time we would pull into an open space in a crowded parking lot I would turn to them, grin ear-to-ear and we would say in unison: "Parking karma!"

I acquired my parking karma about 10 years ago. If you want to try it for yourself, the simple steps are below.

Step 1: Just before leaving for your destination, close your eyes and quiet your thoughts. Center yourself between heaven and earth. Take some deep cleansing breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Step 2: Visualize your destination and the parking areas surrounding it (this really works best if you are familiar with your destination - when you master parking karma, you will have an easier time manifesting parking spots in unfamiliar surroundings). See the destination in your minds eye. Notice the nearby landmarks. Picture people coming and going, taking care of business.

Step 3: Now, visualize 5A1yourself driving to this destination. Notice the song on the radio, the speed you're traveling at, weather you have the heat on or the AC. Picture yourself driving up to the destination and pulling into the perfect parking spot. Continue your visualization to see yourself parking, getting out of your car, locking things up and walking to your final destination. Look back and see your car parked in the fabulous spot and smile, knowing you have parking karma.

Step 4: Next, it's time to get in your car and follow the physical path that you have created in your visualization. Hold on to the conviction that when you arrive where you need to go, your parking space will be waiting for you.

Anyone can use the Law of Attraction to develop parking karma. All it takes is practice and perseverance. Have fun!

Attraction - Goals with No Finish Line Are Different

We often see people go 2218on a diet and shed weight, sometimes transforming themselves dramatically. But then, once they have reached their weight goal, most people usually begin regaining those pounds. This is so common that it's referred to as the rebound effect. It is even expected to occur. In fact, the rebounder often ends up weighing more than before.

Here's why the rebound happens (and what you can do to prevent it).

Some goals are clearly defined and achievable, like a finish line on a race. Buying a new house. Finishing your novel. Taking a vacation in Europe. With these goals, you achieve it and then it's done forever.

Others, however, are not a race with a line that you cross one time. Instead, they're a process that continues on out into the future.

Weight control is one of these ongoing processes.

However, it can look like a finish-line type of goal. You start out at one weight, do some activities that produce a result, and you end up with a different weight.

But changing what you weigh is not a one-time action. Once you've reached your goal, then comes the day-to-day task of keeping it. And in every case, the people who regain weight do so because they've mistaken the type of goal they're working on.

Maintaining a weight change requires a different set of mental skills than simply reaching it.

It's like visiting Italy -- it's not too hard to get there and do the sightseeing circuit, then go home. But if you decide to live there, your sightseeing skills won't be enough. You'll need a whole new mindset, new abilities and new habits.

Abundance is another of these goals with no finish line. So is happiness. And self esteem.

So when you're working on your goals for yourself, it's important that you imagine more than crossing the finish line. You also need a vision of yourself enjoying that goal long-term. Imagine yourself living there, not just visiting and sightseeing for a few days, then returning to your old poverty-stricken, unhappy life style.

You must see it as an ongoing, long-term process that just keeps lasting and lasting and ....

Appreciation Can Be A Positive Energy To Attract Miracles In Your Life

The first Marketing Opportunity that came to me through the Law of Attraction was Mark Victor Hansen, coauthor of the New York Times best-selling "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series of books. I heard him give a wonderful inspirational speech about the Law of Attraction, and I mailed him a "Thank You" note of Appreciation.

I5B4 did not really expect to hear from him, he is a very busy man! I sent the note for ME because I was bursting with Appreciation and I it was important to me to let him know. I wrote the note on a card that mentioned my website for The Equine Experience a team-building workshop that I had created. He was so touched with what I wrote in the note that he and his staff visited the website.

By "coincidence," he was going to be in San Antonio with a group of his closest friends. His assistant called me and booked a workshop event for 87 people! Now I know that there are no coincidences, I attracted it!

I know we all have, I still do sometimes. I am now much more aware that when you have feelings of Appreciation and are touched by Inspired Action, you should act on it and not just think about it.

Feelings of Appreciation are a high vibrating positive energy that will come right back to you when you release it out into the world.

Appreciation makes you do things, not for what you'll get out of it, but to bring more energy of love to the world. Then, w55Fhen you least expect it, that same energy will return to you!

If you will learn how to show appreciation for the feelings you will get from taking that action - and not for what you can get out of it - you will get something wonderful from it!

A Spiritual Journey With the Law of Attraction

I understand my current life clearly as a culmination of all my thoughts, feelings and actions I've had to date. Practicing the Law of Attraction is not a new concept for me. I was first introduced to God's natural law all my life by the Bible and later reinforced by authors like Napoleon Hill, Wayne Dyer and Neal Donald Walsh. Simply put, "The kingdom of heaven is at hand." Whatever you focus most of your attention on in life is exactly what is manifested in your outward experience.

We are spiritual beings having physical experiences. It took me a while to understand that every thought, negative or positive, is a creation, a prayer to the Universe (God). Depending on the degree of focus we give these thoughts, certain things become beliefs, which either manifest positive things or severely limit our lives.

I am made in the "Image and likeness of God," a perfect manifestation of Him. God's entire plan for me is one of complete and total "Well Being." When Well Being is being manifested in my life, I feel really good. When I am blocking my "Well Being," life becomes, sad, depressing and very difficult. Both of these contrasting experiences are as a result of what I think and especially what I've come to feel and believe. As a spiritual being, I am constantly seeking my connection with Well Being by daily prayer and conversation 5B4with God, declaring what I desire from the Universe and checking in constantly with my feelings and emotions.

I have learned to create my life. We are in complete control of all our outward experiences. Whatever I desire from God and His Universe, I first of all have to declare it according to His natural law. We are all great at declaring, because our entire life experiences, including the ones we are having today, started as a conscious or subconscious thought. The next step that happens is that God not only acknowledges my intentions, they are all answered without exception. The next step is where it becomes tricky and where most of us have problems manifesting. This step is another natural law called The Law of Allowing.

We are all 'vibrational' beings, meaning that through our thoughts and actions, we are always communicating our needs to the Source from which everything flows (God). However, in order to experience our desires that God has already provided for us, we must 'allow' it to become a part of our physical experience. To do so, we must be in harmony with those desires. We must spend as much time as possible feeling exactly how we would if we were experiencing those desires in the here and now. The Universe will then begin to match those good feelings and send to us the people, places and things we need to manifest those experiences in our outward life.

Subsequently, as things begin to line 593up and we become inspired, we must take action and act on those inspirations immediately. We must not find ways and reasons to disallow our dreams. We must commit to making our desires manifest into our physical experiences as God provides them. Do not let apprehension and anxiety hold you back, God will continue to provide the way and all that you will need. Concentrate at all times on the positive end result, not the conditions that you don't want. Energy will flow where your attention goes and the Law of Attraction will grant exactly that which you focus on and that includes the negatives. Always remain with and feel positive about the end result of what you desire in life as often as you can.

It is also very important to be grateful in life. The more we are grateful for on a daily basis, the more abundance God will supply us. Wake up every morning and before getting out of bed, give thanks with corresponding feeling for what you have. Be genuine about it. There are many things that I am grateful for...I love my life! Being grateful and happy is an inside job and no one else's. To be happy is to be connected with God, because Well Being is your birthright. Bull Dust And The Law of Attraction

Saturday is the day I treat myself and spoil myself - my splurge day. I am conscious of what I eat and put into my body and I reckon that I eat healthy during the working week but on Saturday it's my day. I go for it and get a nice ham, egg, and cheese wrap.

Well this Saturday I ordered the usual and as I head over to the cash register I see that the girl working the register is reading a book about The Law of Attraction.

She sees me place my order down on the tray and take out my money.

I wait as she has to finish writing something on a piece of paper, then she places the book down in her little area beside the cash register. There isn't enough room so it doesn't fit well, she nudges my tray over, marks her page and then and only then does she turns her attention to me.

After ringing up my order and taking my money, she then counts out my change, coughs on it (who doesn't have a cold this time of year) before she hands it back to me.

Do you see anything wrong with this scene?

a) She's reading a book while on the job?

b) She coughed on my change?

c) She wasn't reading my book - I Am. So, I Can (soon to be available)?

I believe that it's actually all of the above plus one additional thing.

Do you know what it is?

I'm guessing she's expecting SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. That's what 99% of the people reading The Law of Attraction, The Secret and Think and Grow Rich.

They want to read a book, think positive thoughts for a couple of days or so and then wake one morning and find that all their dreams have come true.

I enjoyed watching The SECRET movie. To a greater extent because of the way the "author" Rhonda Byrne took dozens of experts, interviewed them, and made a movie, then a book out of those interviews.

Impressive stuff and it made her a millionaire.

Now don't get me wrong, I DO believe in the Universal Laws and in particular The Law of Attraction and the importance of eliminating NEGATIVE thoughts, but you have to DO SOMETHING first to make a change in your life.

To get out of bad debt you first have to have to STOP SPENDING MONEY.

To generate a positive cash flow from properties you have to get out of your armchair and go LOOK AT PROPERTIES to find those great buys5B4/investments.

To make money in the stock market, you have to study the market, Buy LOW, do your analysis, and continuously monitor your portfolio.

The formula is so simple:

To achieve [insert your goal/desire here] you're going to have to [insert put in some work and effort here] and you have to keep on doing it, correcting along the way, until you achieve your goal.

There are no shortcuts and CERTAINLY you can't get there without DOING SOMETHING like taking action.

So back to the girl at the cash register.

Could it be that she's sick and tired of her life and her job (why else read a book like LOA, right?)

She probably thinks she is underpaid and should be paid more.

She probably thinks she should find the love of her life and live a perfect life.

I ask you is she really DOING the things that will get her WHAT she wants in life and get her to WHERE she wants to be in life?

Had she woken up early or stayed up later at night, reading her Law of Attraction book, got to work early, given 100% of her mind and physical effort, who knows, she might become the manager of the store one day.

You've got to take ACTION and do a little WORK to get anywhere in life the only place that I have found SUCCESS coming before WORK is in a dictionary. There are no shortcuts in life. Well, maybe if you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, but then again, we all can't be Paris Hilton 56Cor one of those other annoying heirs/heiresses.

So really there is nothing more to do than to roll up our sleeves and DO SOMETHING about it.

Attraction - The Power to Change Your Core Identity

You can go to any small community college and many of the high schools across the land, and you'll find a huge variety of evening classes intended to foster growth. Anytime you gain new knowledge, you're growing and developing. Some knowledge, however, is considered more "useful" than other knowledge.

If you're learning skills that expand your career options, or increase your ability to relate meaningfully to others, or deepen your understanding of yourself and your fellowman, this is considered practical and beneficial.

Please note that even if you never put your new knowledge into practice, it's still considered a positive influence in your overall life experience. You may be better equipped to understand the world around you, they say.

Now, I've known people who were eternal students, staying in college for years but never actually entering the work market.

And I've also seen people become seminar junkies, going through one weekend intensive after another, but never actually using the knowledge they gained to implement any changes in their life, their behavior, or their ability to relate to others.

These people are, in most cases, honestly seeking to improve themselves, but they're stuck in the preparation stage. And as long as they feel the need for more preparation, it may not be possible for them to step forward and begin using all that useful information they've acqB59uired. Their core personality must undergo a change before they can leave the stage of learning.

The shift from learner to practitioner involves a shift at the deepest core of the personality. And until this shift takes place, it is nearly impossible to leave the classroom and strike out as a self-reliant practitioner of the knowledge.

The word "metanoia" is used to describe this kind of profound transformation. It is often used to describe a deep spiritual change, such as a religious conversion. When a religious non-believer undergoes metanoia, there is often a dramatic alteration in their beliefs, their values and their allegiances. Their behavior becomes markedly different.

But this same kind of change is necessary before any student can become a professional.

Take medical students for example: they must master vast amounts of knowledge before they are considered qualified to practice medicine, but an internal change is also necessary before they can see themselves as a doctor. Until that metanoia shift takes place, they will always feel as though they're in over their heads -- a pretender.

Law students, seminary students, counselors, beginners in every career must face this kind of deep inner change in how they see themselves before they can be comfortable as practicing professionals.

Their internal identity must change.

This same metanoia is necessary before ANY student, learning ANY type of knowledge, can make it their own and begin using it confidently and naturally.

This is especially true for mastering your inner work.

You can read about affirmations, ASSERTions, programming, treating, praying, meditating, and every other spiritual discipline known to humanity. In addition, you can go to all the seminars you want and listen to all the tapes in the library, but until you begin to see yourself as the master of this knowledge, you'll always remain a student.

In other words, you need to go through metanoia -- a shift in how you see and think of yourself -- before you can feel like you're the owner of your new life. Until then, any successes will be temporary.

The good news is, it's not that hard to do once you know exactly what you're looking for.

And what you're looking for -- the goal you seek -- is change at your innermost core, where you hold your own concepts of yourself. This is metanoia; the only change that will empower you to live a different life. Nothing else goes deep enough to do the job.

Declutter - 5 Tell-Tale Signs I Need To Do It

If you are anything like me, you tend to have things piling up around you... in your of5B4fice, your closet, your desktop, your working space, your house, your anywhere and everywhere!

And I know many of us, for whatever reason, have very legitimate reasons for having things pile up. We run out of time, too busy, can't physically do it... excuses, excuses excuses! I have used them all!

For many years I'd read about the importance of getting rid of clutter. In all the personal development material I'd absorbed over the years, in all the conferences, workshops and seminars I had attended, all pointed to the need to declutter your life.

According to The Law of Attraction: you need to get rid of the old (things that don't work, the unnecessary, the negative, the junk) before you can begin to let in the new.

It took me a long, long time to really understand and appreciate the true value of declutter...of getting rid of unnecessary things in my life.

These are the tell-tale signs in my life that it is time I need to declutter:

1) I'm feeling overwhelmed with everything; things begin to pile up. Tasks, even everyday tasks, which ordinarily would be done with relative ease, become problematic and more difficult. I know I need to declutter...when I can't do things as easily as what I usually do. I don't learn things as quickly (depending on what that is of course). And I get this almighty feeling of being incredibly overwhelmed.

2) I'm feeling more tired... actually better described a5B4s more drained than usual. Years ago I read, that clutter in actually takes away a lot of valuable energy in your life. It took me a long time to work that one out and take the idea on board in my own life! And yes... they are right! Unnecessary clutter is draining.

3) Each time I look at my environment (desktop, room, office, closet, house, car) I feel stifled. When the clutter has built up... it weighs me down. I feel like I'm carrying excess weight around (and who wants to do that!). And strangely enough, I don't breathe as well as I do when my environment is decluttered. And when I don't breathe as fully as I can, I don't work, or more importantly play, at my peak.

4) When I no longer can easily find what I'm looking for (as opposed to having forgotten what I'm looking for!!). And I hate that! When I know I have something... but because of all the clutter... I just can't find it! I spend untold wasted energy and time looking for something that, if the clutter wasn't there, would be easily found.

5) My mood is down. When I have a pile of unwanted things hanging around, things I no longer use, things that really should be thrown out or given away, things that just need to go in the right place, I feel really quite down. I begin to feel somewhat helpless (which is not a good feeling), I tend to be more negative in my thinking and talking (which is definitely not good) and I tend to be more lethargic (def5A7initely a no-no!)

When any of these things begin happening... alarm bells ring and I know it is time to declutter -- right now! Not tomorrow... but right now!

I don't have to do everything at once... but I know I have to get myself into gear to declutter.

It's a choice I have to make ... clutter or declutter... I choose to declutter!

Law of Vibration

Vibrating means to oscillate, to quiver, move backwards and forwards very fast. On a sub-atomic level, everything is vibrating. This is what matter and energy does at this level. The chair you are sitting in is vibrating like crazy right now. You don't feel it or see it because all the molecules, the atoms, the sub-atomic particles that make your chair are compact and smaller than small. Matter vibrates at such a small high rate of speed that it goes beyond what we can detect unless you have some very high powered microscope.

This may sound foreign but it is very real. Because everything is made up of vibratioB68nal energy, even consciousness itself is energy that vibrates at a very high rate. Therefore, our very own thoughts hold some weight after all. This is the Law of Vibration. Everything can be measured at a vibrational signature.

An experiment done several years ago even bares this out. A mother rabbit was submerged into a submarine while the baby was in a lab a few thousand miles away. The mother was attached to equipment that measures brain waves to see if she would respond to what the experimenters did next. Those people at the lab killed the baby rabbit. At the moment the baby was killed, the brain waves of the mother rabbit they were observing in the sub went off the chart. The brain waves being measured went haywire.

Yes, this experiment sucks, but it also proves that consciousness is a vibrational pattern that is distinct. This also proved a very important aspect of quantum theory that sub-atomic particles can give and receive information without time and distance being a variable. This experiment helps to establish that vibration exists as consciousness throughout the universe.

Scientifically this might explain the close relationships some individuals have, where one person has a fall and the other one feels the pain at that exact moment. There have been many tests conducted with identical twins that bares this out.

The Law of Vibration plays a very large part in understanding Universal Consciousness. If everything is vibrational and communication is instant between everything, then we are all tied into something a lot larger than we might have ever thought of before.

Science has been discovering recently that the metaphysical laws are now becoming there laws and theories. Through the studies of quantum physics, science is discovering what metaphysics has known for thousands of years - everything and everyone is connect to each other.

Everyone of us are individual beings, yet we are also an integral part of the Universal Consciousness that makes up the whole. Like a drop of salt water from a vast ocean that is larger than our solar system, that drop of water is still part of the ocean. So it is with all of us.

It is because we are a part of this Universal Consciousness that we are able to communicate with the whole of it with our vibrational signatures that are unique to each one of us. This Law of Vibration is even part of the bigger picture. It is because of this that the Law of Attraction works for us.

The key to the Law of Vibration is, raising your vibrational frequency to a positive one; a good vibration. This higher vibration you begin to resonate, will be answered in kind by the Universal Consciousness. Like, attracts like. Or, light, attracts light. What you send out as thoughts, feelings, emotions, is manifested into your life by the Super Consciousness responding to this.

The Law of Attraction is16CD the bigger picture. It is the great communicator. We send out our consciousness using our vibrational patterned signatures and the Universal Consciousness responds to this by sending back to us our reality. Good or bad, we get back what we give. The Law does not judge good, or bad; we do. This Law simply returns to us, base on whatever vibrational frequency we send out on.

Again, this may all sound incredible, yet it is all true and real. There are several resources in vast detail that explain what science in quantum physics have been discovering about the cause and effect nature of reality being one of intent.

You do not have to be a rocket scientist or a metaphysical guru in order to make any of this work for you. Understanding that the Universal Consciousness can work for you, and a willingness to let go of old ideas about yourself and your false relationship with the universe is enough to begin - discovering abundance, real happiness and a quality of life you never imagined.

My Part Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cat Cookies and the Law of Attraction

Today I bring to you a story on my peanut butter cookies. I found this really great peanut butter cookie recipe where you can decorate them and I was very excited (I was, of course, already modifying the recipe). So I immediately called my eight year old sister and asked her if she wanted to decorate them with me on my day off.

Sounds great right now, huh? This is my cookie story and how you better be careful, because you don't want to let yourself make the Law of Attraction go haywire. You will soon see how it all plays in to the story. It honestly all started with the fact that I could not find the cookie cutter I wanted (I know it is a little out of season right now to find cookie cutters). That's when I started getting frustrated. I finally did go to the Dollar Store and found the oddest collection of cookie cutters. I think there was apples, fish, a dog, some weird shapes I couldn't figure out, and a cat......I knew that was the one. My sister loves cats.

Apparently the frustration carried on into my day off. Now the vibrations were really flying (and not necessarily in a good way). I got 5B4up that morning and I had a bunch of stuff to do, because I am not getting a second day off this week and I am trying to do more than I can handle. So I make the dough in the morning and find out that I have to refrigerate it for two hours. So, I wait the two hours (that I felt I didn't have). Then I put a couple trays of them in the oven. I then realize that I have to leave in thirty minutes.

So, I take the top tray out and I saw that they were not done yet. I put them back in. Then I smell the burning in the kitchen. Meanwhile, everyone is rushing around the kitchen trying to get ready. I pull out the burning tray and now I am really upset. What follows is the fire alarms start to go off. Not thinking right I am fanning the cookies. My mom yells over the alarm, "fan the alarms, not the cookies." I yell, "which ones?" She says, "the fire alarms." I finally yell, "I can't hear you, be more specific. I don't know where they are." At that point I realized that I had just yelled at my mother and that I was being ridiculous. After I apologized I realized how much easier it could have been if I hadn't been so frustrated. I needed more patience and I could have done the cookie part when we got home. I will of felt more at peace if I had.

So, I let the whole thing go and later my little sister and I had an absolute blast decorating the cookies (the ones that survived the oven disaster of '08) and they were the best peanut butter c5B1ookies ever. My mom doesn't even like peanut butter cookies, but she couldn't get enough of these.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients: 1 cup of butter softened, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 2/3 cup light corn syrup, 2 eggs, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups all-wheat flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and decorating icing.

1) In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the corn syrup and eggs. Combine the flours, baking powder and salt; gradually add the creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until easy to handle.

2) On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 in. thickness. Cut with a floured cat-shaped cookie cutter. Use metal spatula to get off counter. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

3) Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool. Using gel or frosting, decorate each cat with a face, ears, whiskers, and a bow tie (tails and paws if you want to).

They are really yummy and I hope you enjoy them!

The Secrets Behind The SECRET

The phenomenon of the film The Secret speaks to a secret that a small segment of the population has known about and prospered from for thousands of years. The secret is really not so secret. It is the Law of Attraction: you create in reality what you focus your attention on. Your life story is the outcome of where you focus your attention.

But just focusing your attention on what you want is not magical. Or the world wouldn't be so crowded with wishful thinkers.

So here are the secrets behind The Secret: what it leaves out, why it works, and four principles to empower its application.

Why it Works

The Law of Attraction is based in neuroscience. Your mind is an energy field and responds to focus. Where you focus your attention creates brain connections.

The mental act of attention focus holds in place brain circuitry activated by the focus. Paying attention over time keeps the brain circuits open and active. Focused attention plays a crucial role in actually altering the structure of the brain. With repetition, these chemical links actually become stable changes in the brain's structure. Neuroscientists call this neuroplasticity, from a well-verified law in quantum mechanics called the Quantum Zeno Effect in which focused attention systematically rewires the brain.

If you lay a nail and a paper clip side by side, nothing happens. When you take a magnet and stroke the nail several times from head to point, the nail itself becomes a magnet; it can then pick up the paper clip. Why? The molecules of the nail are aligned in the same direction, creating a magnetic field. When all of you is going in the same direction-and focused-you have power.

This concept explains at a brain level why a solution focus is more effective than a problem focus. Focusing on possibilities creates new neuronal networks and pathways, while focusing on problems deepens - further etches - the already existing circuitry. These brain connections literally become mind-maps, and subsequently influence the reality that we see.

Here's The Secret deconstructed: Focusing on a vision will create structural tension in your brain-the tension between where you are now and where you want to be.

Dissonance can create motivation. And your brain, like nature, abhors a vacuum. Your brain will conspire to close the gap between your vision and reality.

How to Make The Secret Work

1. The Power is in the Focus

The paradox is that we do not attract what we want, we attract what we focus on. Your unconscious doesn't register + or -. It just registers the focus. A print or negative is the same image; your unconscious is the image.

The power of focus is that whatever you attend to or focus on, you align yourself to bring about-like the magnetized nail. Be specific about what you do want-not just what you don't want in disguise. "I want to get out of debt" focuses on debt. "I want a reliable car" focuses on the idea that the car will break down and need repairs. Everyone wants more money, so wanting is not the key to having it. Focusing on scarcity attracts scarcity. Focusing on prosperity aligns 5B4your energy to pursue prosperity.

Put energy into what you want. Focus on wealth instead of debt. Possibilities instead of problems. Desires instead of obstacles. To fight something is to engage it-to add energy to it. That creates resistance. When you focus on what you want, what you don't want falls away, like your lap when you get up to walk.

2. Take Strategic, Planned Action

The Law of Attraction won't give you what you want-it will give you the energy to sustain the process to create what you want. It won't send a Brinks truck up your driveway, or align the Lotto balls for you. The magnetized nail just lying on the table does not get anything done. However, you can align your internal molecules by focus and purpose to point the energy field of your mind to specific goals. It's a way to use your power to write the story you want.

The pen is in your hand to write your story. The world will not pay you for what you know. It will pay you for what you do. It rewards action. I know from my work in Executive Mentor Coaching that people need to be taught how to believe-how to believe specifically, strategically, systematically, and consistently. Then, to have a plan, and act on it. Once you act on a plan, you can always self-correct.

This particular secret behind The Secret is also ancient wisdom, captured best by my Grandmother who said, "Wishes don't wash dishes."

3. Be of Value to Othe597rs

Your focus and your actions must bring value to others.

This is the Law of Attraction applied: You have to give value in order to get value. You get back what you put out. If just focusing your attention and "putting it out to the universe" were enough, there would be no one left wishing for more money.

4. What You Attract is Equal to What You Provide

The mantra of The Secret is: Ask, Believe, Receive. You will have much more success by converting it to the ABC's: Ask, Believe, Create. The amount of benefit you receive depends on the amount of benefit you provide.

An example of this final secret behind The Secret is that the amount of money you make depends on the amount of value you provide. And, of course, you have to ask for and collect what you're worth. While there is no Pineapple Fairy, you can create immense success with planned, strategic, consistent action that is of value to yourself and others.

Belief in Action With the Law of Attraction

You've been thinking good thoughts over and over again, and you have been reciting your affirmations each and every day, and nothing has changed. You've become bored with the whole process of the Law of Attraction. This means it's time to put your belief into action.

The Law of Attraction is a wonderful theory and it inspires and gives hope but many people stop short there. They think just thinking and affirming is going to give them all they desire. The Law of Attraction is something that takes dedication, and a long look inside yourself.

Affirmations are wonderful but do you really believe yours? Are you just reciting them and expecting all to come to you? Are you living the Law of Attraction intentionally, or are you just waiting for all to come to you?

It's time to take your belief in the Law of Attraction and put it into action. Know with all your heart that every affirmation, every movement, everything you do is bringing you your desires. So really think on that. Everything you do. Do you want a better relationship in your life? If so, are you a "better relationship" to those around you? Do you want to have the career of dreams? If so, are you already thinking and acting as though you have that dream career? How about more financial abundance in your life? Are you thinking and acting like you already have more financial abundance in your5B4 life? When you pay a bill, do you curse that you have to pay it, or are you already thanking the Universe? When your significant other enters the room to spend more time with, but you just want to watch a TV movie, are you creating and acting a better relationship? You have to act and feel that what you desire is already there. Put your belief in action now, and the Universe will respond to this.

Do you want happiness in your life? Then act happy. It doesn't cost you a thing, and if you have to "fake" it at first, fine, but get into the thoughts of what makes you happy. Don't dwell on the little things in life that frustrate you. Dwell on what makes you happy. If you have a bad experience, don't put energy to it. Let it go and keep focusing on what makes you happy. Belief in action. The Universe will start attracting to you what you are focusing on.

Are you focusing on how bad you feel? The belief in action is happening for you. Change your focus to what you want, and put less energy toward what you don't want, and your life will turn into exactly what you are focusing on. Just like the Law of Attraction always has done in every life.

Four Proven Techniques On How To Capture Positive Habits

Bad habits, we all have them. They keep us from accomplishing our dreams, make us say and do things that really aren't in our integrity.

Good habits allow us to transition through our day on autopilot. So much so, we forget that our good habits have a bigger strong hold.

Dr. Phil McGraw, TV-psychologist and Oprah offspring, says that we need to, "Behave our way to success." I cringe when I hear this, don't you? It sounds so easy. Yet, we both know it isn't.

Positive psychology, the scientific study of happy, confident people, presents many proven techniques that assist in transitioning bad habits into good habits. Here are four proven techniques:

1. In order to eliminate a bad habit, it must be overridden with a good habit. Not eliminated but replaced. When the good habit becomes stronger, it naturally takes over and folds into our life. Usually becoming transparent because it melts into our life and we have already uncovered the next one to work on.

It doesn't matter whether you want to replace the habit of lateness, cursing, or overeating. The habit's intensity determines the effort and time required to replace. Don't confuse effort with will power--they aren't the same.

Effort is making a variety of alternatives until the old habit melts into a new one. The right amount of effort will always be different for you than anyone else. There isn't an exact measurement because each of our unique qualities.

2. Discipline is an exercise of repetition. Not once or twice but until. Until completed.

For instance, writing isn't a natural talent. Yes, research shows that it helps to start the process young. Yet, there are female Pulitzer Prize winners who began writing in their fifties -- after family obligations. They replaced their family responsibilities with the discipline needed to be a successful writer. They disciplined their way to success.

Most people think positive thinkers naturally flow with confidence. Yet, positive psychology statistics dispel this myth. What's different is the amount of time and space they allow when negative habits or messages appear. They appear incandescent to them.

3. Rewards. As managing partner of a CPA firm for 15 years, I thought rewards meant bonuses and paid massages. After attending Coach University and intensifying my study in the Laws of Attraction, my perspective shifted. Positive people don't need an outside push; they seemingly have a natural internal push that continually pulls them forward. Sometimes labeled as determination or drive.

When Donald Trump appeared on the Oprah show in April, Oprah asked him, 1C84"I heard very successful people don't even see negative." Donald chewed on this for a few long television minutes and then responded, "Yes, that is why I hire others who can see what I can't.... Negative isn't on my radar screen."

4. Be assertive on what's fueling you, as diligent about all things in your realm, as the quality of food you digest, and the purity of the water you drink.

To create a garden of positive habits, surround yourself with flowers not figurative speaking either. Complete a regular inventory. See each item for its truth, intention, and influence. Don't wave it off as "not that big of a deal."

Remove negative people, negative television shows, movies, books, even conversations. If Mama, spouse, sister, or brother fits this description, explain its impact on your life. Don't blame, explain. Explain how it affects your success, your dreams. I'm sure they do what they do out of habit and not purposeful. If presented honestly and lovingly the people involved will see the gift.

An ideal choice is to use a positive clean-burning fuel. This begins with new words (language) to self and others. Each of us make choices every second. Get up, sit down, speak, listen, and so on. Make new choices, ones that fuel positive habits.

Take inventory on your environment and what you tolerate. What is broken, dented, stained? Fix, toss, give away, replace. Eliminate each ball and chain, one at a time, in baby steps. You will walk taller, talk and think clearer. You will attract more results that are positive into your life. Positive attracts positive--the Law of Attraction.

Fuel your surroundings with meaningful and beautiful things. That doesn't mean expensive. It can simply be a fresh rose on your desk every week and the stopping by the florist or your own garden.

Many habits tend to hide under the bed until dusted. Expect as you replace one, another can appear. Yes, they eventually become fewer. Stay focused and remember, "A rose isn't a rose without all its beautiful petals."

Be aggressive. When they appear, and they will, knock them down, toss them out with the trash. And quickly. Don't give them room to smell or grow. You'll soon discover each day will be lighter, brighter, and even more successful than the one before. I promise!

These four techniques, continually proven by hundreds of my workshop graduates, will work for you too. They will multiply your dreams and successes over night. Begin small, begin big, just begin, and keep the momentum going...until.

Law of Attraction - How Specific Should You Get?

You've pro16D0bably heard it said that you should be very specific when it comes to asking the universe for what you want because the universe can't deliver on vague intentions. This is true, but it is also possible to get TOO specific - and end up creating blockages for yourself.

Being too specific does not limit the universe; it limits YOU by creating a preconceived notion in your mind. If your desired object or experience doesn't fit your preconceived notion, you'll block it!

But what if the universe has something even BETTER to send your way? What if this better thing would make you even happier than what you originally intended to receive? You don't want to limit yourself that way. Instead, it's better to remain open to the infinite ways the universe can delight and surprise you!

Below you'll find some handy guidelines to help you know for sure whether you're being too specific, or not specific enough.

DEFINITELY BE SPECIFIC ABOUT:

The Object or Experience You Want to Attract

This is most often what people mean when they tell you to "be specific" with your intentions. You want to come up with as many details as you can about the things you want to attract. For example, if you want to meet your soul mate you could make a detailed list of qualities that you want him or her to have. "Great sense of humor; kind and compassionate; successful and motivated; respectful and considerate, attractive and fit;" etc.

The Essence or Quality You're After

Once you've gotten clear on exactly what you want, consider WHY you want it. What essence or quality will this thing give you? Will you feel more loved, secure, happy, peaceful, connected, abundant, or . . .? Knowing WHY you want something can help you get even more specific about its features and benefits - which only ensures that you're asking for something that will truly satisfy you! With every desire or intention, complete this statement:

"I want ______ because I believe it will make me feel ______."

Take your time with this exercise and be sure you're asking for something that will satisfy your true needs and wants.

The Ways it Will Change Your Life

Also be clear about the changes your intentions will create in your life and be sure you're asking for something that will create the changes you want. For example, if you ask for a partner that is active and successful, consider whether such a partner would be a good match for you. Are you active and fit too? Are you successful and motivated too? Are you the type of person your soul mate would be attracted to? If your current life circumstances don't correspond with what you're asking for, the arrival of your desires are likely to create conflict instead of happiness.

AVOID BEING SPECIFIC ABOUT:

The Form Your Desire Takes

While it's good to be specific about the qualities and characteristics your desire has, you want to avoid any specifics that would limit the results you can receive. For example, saying, "I want my soul mate to be 6' 4" tall, have medium-brown hair, light green eyes and a successful career as a motivational speaker" would be somewhat limiting. What if the universe knows a great guy that almost fits that description - except that his eyes are blue? Would you turn him away because he has blue eyes?

It's not that you can't give specifics about appearances and other qualities. You can. BUT - be sure you have a reason for wanting those specific things if you ask for them. If you have always been turned off by men with blue eyes, then okay, ask for a guy with green eyes or brown eyes. Just be willing to wait a bit longer for him if necessary. ;-)

Another area people tend to do this with is money. There's nothing wrong with asking for a million dollars if you have a clear reason for wanting that exact sum. But if you're asking for a million dollars because you want to "feel like you have plenty of money," or so you'll "never be broke again," you could accomplish both of those objectives with other sums of money. What if the universe wants to send you smaller sums more often, like an extra $50,000 a year for the rest of your life? Would you refuse it because it's not a million?

Your job is to get clear about the object or experience you want, the essence or quality it will provide for you - and then let the universe decide what form it will take! This requires releasing control, which isn't always easy to do, but more often than not the universe will choose a form that absolutely thrills and delights you - FAR beyond anything you could have thought up yourself.

The Way it Comes into Your Life

This is another area where you want to avoid being too rigid. You may decide that meeting your soul mate is more likely to happen at a singles function, but what if the universe decides to arrange a chance meeting in the produce section of your local supermarket instead? Worse, what if you feel a nudge to visit the supermarket at that exact moment but decide not to because you're hooked on the idea of falling in love on a dance floor?

Rather than trying to control "how" your desire enters your life, be willing to let the universe handle it for you.

Once again, this applies to money (and everything else) too! Saying, "I want to win ten million dollars in the lottery" is like telling the universe, "I just don't believe that a large amount of money could come to me in any other way, so don't send it unless it comes through a lottery win." The universe will always honor your beliefs, so you'll block the abundance that could be flowing madly into your life in thousands of other ways!

The Timing in Which it Arrives

Finally, as muc543h as we'd like to be in control of WHEN something arrives in our lives, it can often be better to let the universe handle that too. If you have a specific reason for wanting something by a certain date then okay, ask for it. However, if your "specific reason" for wanting it by a certain date is that you simply won't feel happy or content without it - you'll be injecting an element of "need" into your intention, and you'll delay its arrival. Remember, one of the most powerful things you can do to attract your desires is get into the FEELING PLACE of already having them! Impatience always causes delays! Simply let go and let the universe work on your behalf, and you'll almost always be pleasantly surprised by the result.

The Law Of Attraction - The Simplicity Of Manifestation

Isn't it strange that we think it's really hard to bring about change when it comes to our lives? We short change ourselves and our creative powers to an incredible degree.You may not think of yourself as a creative person, but that's an error in thinking. We are all constantly creating, whether we're aware of it or not.

Here's a really silly but straight forward example of our power to bring about anything we want. For months, I kept thinking about adopting a kitten. I have an older cat, who just turned ten years old. I thought about this for three or four months. I had this picture in my mind of what she would be like. The kitten had to be female, and I specifically wanted a gray tabby, with short hair. I had her name picked out, "Samantha". About two months ago, I took my older cat to the vet and they had kittens for adoption there. The ones they had were males and I couldn't have that (couldn't bring another male into the household). I left my name with them and my number and they advised they would call if they had any females for adoption.

A couple of weeks later, I received a call from them. A lady with kittens for adoption had contacted them. I asked some questions about the kittens. They gave me her phone number and I called her and went over to see the kittens. And there was my Samantha, absolutely the way I had envisioned her.

Dumb example? Maybe, but think about it. Have you ever told yourself to wake up at a certain time in the morning, and y8C1ou were able to do it, without an alarm clock? That's the power of your subconscious mind at work, not your conscious mind. It was just that simple.

And you know, I think it's really that simple all the time. We just have to figure out a way to do that to change our lives. To see yourself as being the thing you want to be and having the things you want to have. I brought this up in an earlier article, but try to remember what is was like when you were a kid and you played pretend. I think that's what is required. And you know good and well that when you've been romantically interested in someone, you fantasized about it and in many cases, you did go out with that person just from your desire to do so. You made it happen through your passion. And your desire for anything is what makes it happen.

I'm still working on this in my life, trying to understand that the mechanics of it are not complicated. It's difficult though to see yourself sometimes as being the person you want to be, but you must BE that person to HAVE the things you want to have.

25 Ways To Practice The Law Of Attraction

The universal law of attraction has gotten a lot of attention in the past few years. The truth is it works. What you give you get. We are all made up of the same creative energy (our inner source), and how we use this energy determines what shows up for us in our everyday lives.

So the question is, would you like lack and depression? Or would you prefer abundance, happiness and enlightenment? If you opt for the latter, check out the list below to help get you there:

1. Look at your spouse and tell him how much you love him.
2. The next time you get cut off on the freeway, give that person a silent blessing that they have a safe journey.

5. Instead of watching TV at night, go outside and watch your Magical Fireflies.

9. The next time you feel "bored" go to your local library.
10. Volunteer at an elderly care facility.

14. Express gratitude for things you normally take for granted (breathing, your fingers and toes, etc).
15. Respect your body by exercising every day (walk, stretch, lift weights, practice yoga, etc.).
16. Smile throughout the day, especially when you do not feel like it.
17. Adorn your home with fresh flowers.
18. Go to a museum and allow at 15 minutes on one piece of art.
19. Give a friendly hello and wave to your neighbor the next time you see him.
20. Read and listen to only inspirational material for a solid week.
21. Research different charities that are close to your heart, and give to them on a regular basis.
22. Call a family member you haven't contacted in a while and find out how they are doing.
23. Create order on your desk where you work.
24. Dispense with plastic water bottles and get a water filter.
25. Let the person with fewer items pass you in line at the grocery store.

Practice these steps and before you know all kinds of wonderful people and situations will manifest in your life. Remember that living a joyful life is a process. Be patient and forgiving with yourself. In turn, you will naturally become more compassionate with others. When you begin to really understand the grand design of the Universe and how there is infinite supply you will wake up each day like you are the most fortunate being alive.

You Are Always on the Right Path

Do you ever ask yourself if you are on the right path? Do you wonder whether if you had made that one decision differently, that you would be in a better position in your life?

Every decision you make is the right decision for that moment.

With the Law of Attraction, there is no right and wrong decision, just the decision that you focus upon. That is all it takes. By giving attention either to what you want or don't want you bring it right to you via the Universe. Each decision and circumstance that comes to you has come from the focus you have put upon it.

Concentrating on what could have been will take you nowhere. Put your concentration into what you desire in life now. Take the bits and pieces of the past that will serve you well with knowledge and learning, and leave the rest of it behind. Beating yourself up over past decisions is like fighting a ghost; there is nothing there but what you perceive from the past.

The path you are on is the right path and you always get to choose which path is yours by what you focus upon. The path you chose in the past was the right path at the time based upon w5B4hat you were focusing on then. By applying the Law of Attraction and being smart about what you desire now, you will not have to worry about ever making a 'mistake'. There are no mistakes in the Law of Attraction; only the wants or don't wants that are focused on. Every feeling and thought causes the Universe to move you in that particular direction, the path that you focus on.

Focus on a path of success and joy and that's where the Universe will take you. Focus on a path of lack and hurt and the Universe will take you there, as well. It has always been your choice. Make the choice that will put you on the path of happiness. That's all we really want, isn't it; to be happy and secure within our lifetime?

Law Of Attraction Works Best With Realization

Most people are not familiar or never heard of the word "Realization" in using the law of attraction. That became the main reason why most people are continue getting what they don't want and struggle to get what they want.

Realization is about "Realizing You Attracted Everything That Is Happening In Your Life". It doesn't matter good or bad, what you want or don't want. You can't believe "you can" and "you can't" get the promotion at the same time. If you send out this message to the universe, both will cancel off themselves.

On the other hand, if you realize you are attracting the reality that you are unable to get promoted, you'll start to gain power. You might see that you are continuously complaining your boss for not promoting you and end u5A1p attracting more of it. When you realize it, you can stop that thought and send out only one intention- "Get Promoted". There are no conflicting thoughts and you'll get it soon.

That's the importance of realization. You can start by realizing 2 things:

Realize the good things you attracted. Start to realize the good thing that is happening in your life. You'll get to attract more of it and make it happen again.

Realize the bad things you attracted. Realizing it will stop yourself from attracting it and conflict thoughts that you send out to manifest what you want.

Realization is a very powerful step in using the law of attraction. Start using it and start benefiting from it. You'll realize the amazing power from the law of attraction the moment you apply it.

The Law of Attraction is a Lie

You might be surprised that I have entitled this article "the law of attraction is a lie." Actually, this quote did not come from me, but was posted on a message board recently by a Law of Attraction skeptic whom I will call "Doubting Thomas" (name changed to protect privacy).

It seems that "Thomas" wasn't thrilled with the Law of Attraction, and the following is an excerpt from the message board post that outlined his position:

"...[Law of Attraction] people think that their thoughts have some kind of power, but they don't really matter at all. It's just what you do that makes a difference. Not what you think. I can sit around thinking about having a better job for months, but until I get up off my ass and do something nothing is going to happen. All this talk about the law of attraction is a lie..."

Thomas' thoughts on the Law of Attraction represent a misunderstanding and complaint that I hear occasionally as a law of attraction coach -- That action is important, but thoughts are not.

But there is a logical problem with this kind of reasoning. To begin with, it assumes that our thoughts and our actions are unrelated. This is a dualistic way of seeing the world -- as if thoughts were one thing, and actions were another.

In reality, our thoughts and actions are intertwined to the point of being indistinguishable. Let's take a look at a "real world" example of how thoughts and actions are related.

Every major league sports team has a coach. The greatest coaches in the world understand the importance of motivating their players, and keeping them in a positive state of mind. Why is that?

Winning sports coaches understand that you cannot expect your actions to be successful, if your mindset is one of failure.

Another example: anyone who has been through basic training in the military knows that "boot camp" has two primary purposes: to get troops into the right physical condition, and to get troops into the rig589ht mental condition.

Ask any Drill Sergeant which of these two is more important, and I think you will find that mental conditioning is the most important aspect of military basic training.

While I can agree with "Thomas" that action is important, I believe that the thoughts behind the action are even more important. For example, Hitler was a man of action. The problem was that Hitler's actions were based on terrible thoughts, terrible ideas and a terrible state of mind. Consequently, his actions were also terrible.

We cannot separate our thoughts from our actions -- they are two sides of the very same coin. So the idea that "action is important, but thoughts aren't" is just absurd.

Wise old Benjamin Franklin once said, "The thought is the ancestor of all action." Ben obviously understood that "how we think" determines "how we act." And as we come to understand the power of our own thoughts, it's pretty hard to believe that "the law of attraction is a lie."

That is what they BELIEVE. And that is EXACTLY what they GET.

The RICH are always rehearsing future successes in their heads. They always think in terms of success, NEVER in terms of failure.

The POOR are always rehearsing future FAILURES and limitations in their heads. They always think in terms of failure, NEVER in terms of success or winning.

It is REAL difficult for someone who is poor or money-limited to accept that it is HIS/HER fault. No one else to blame. These people5B4 get upset and always try to put the blame on the economy, the market, the dishonest rich, etc, etc. They FAIL to realize the problem is inside their OWN HEADS. And as long as they FAIL to SEE that, they will continue having all sorts of money problems.

Your financial Self-Image (beliefs, values, rules, attitudes and behavior about money) is making you a MONEY MAGNET or a MONEY REPELLENT. There is NOTHING else!

Rich thoughts produce rich beliefs, which produce rich feelings, which produce rich/positive actions, which produce wealth.

POOR thoughts - well I will give you the pleasure and the CHALLENGE of figuring out.

Law of Belief = Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction (simply another name for the ANCIENT Law of Belief) materializes both the positive or the negative in individual lives -- and it all depends on the beliefs, values/rules of the specific individual.

As already explained in other articles, YOUR beliefs, values/rules are the ORIGINAL CAUSE activating the Law of Belief ( = Law of Attraction)..

This Law is is totally impersonal. It doesn't care whether the power of the mind is being used for good or evil purposes.

Just to prove that point, the Law of Attraction is allowing the multinational corporations and the greedy people heading them to achieve great wealth even when engaged in activ111Cities that are highly detrimental to the welfare of humanity -- because these group of individuals PREDOMINANTLY FOCUS on getting their hands on that wealth, no matter what, no matter who.

This same Law allows the greatest amount of wealth to be accumulated in the hands of a FEW who only FOCUS on more wealth, more power and more control in order to enslave the rest.

This Law allows these greedy, power hungry, soul less, individuals to receive what they PREDOMINANTLY FOCUS ON -- no matter what, no matter who, no matter what negative purposes they have in mind.

This Law allows each of one of us to receive what each one of us believes and PREDOMINANTLY FOCUSES ON -- whether positive or negative, whether for good or evil purposes..

Maybe, maybe some day all the people on this planet will learn how to use and PREDOMINANTLY FOCUS ON using the positive, life-giving side of this awesome Law.

MILLIONAIRE MIND AND THE LAW OF BELIEF/ATTRACTION

What amazes me most is that MOST people do not know that the Law of Attraction is simply the ANCIENT Law of Belief, which simply states that "What you deeply believe at the Subconscious level, that you materialize in your life", "It is done unto you as you believe", "What you believe is what you get", and "What you PREDOMINANTLY THINK about and PREDOMINANTLY FOCUS ON you become materialized as your reality", "Man manifests, at all levels of existence, all his subconscious beliefs".

Another amazing thing is that MOST do not really understand this law and how it operates. It is totally impersonal, unbiased. It doesn't care whether you believe in any God or not. It doesn't care whether you operate out of pure love or pure greed and evil.

Just look at a very small group of individuals who use very successfully the Law of Attraction to concentrate in their hands most of the wealth, power and control on this planet BECAUSE that is what they PREDOMINANTLY focus on. They believe they deserve that wealth, they know they will get it and they do, they BELIEVE they are entitled to do whatever they want to with their wealth to control and manipulate and take advantage of the rest of the world to gain even MORE wealth, power and control.. The Law of Attraction doesn't care. It works in their favor because of what they believe and what they PREDOMINANTLY focus on.

On the other side, look at the so-called 'spiritual' people. I correctly call them the 'spiritually impaired', not to call them simply "retarded". They never learn. They believe having money is not 'spiritual" and never have any!

And somewhere in the middle, you find most people with deeply religious beliefs who are suffering lives of limitations and frustration because what they believe and what they focus on! And they never learn, just like the 'spiritually' impaired group mentioned before

The Law of Belief/Attraction is materializing for them all their limiting beliefs, values and rules.

The law doesn't care whether one is a christian, jewish, muslin, buddhist, etc., etc., etc. The law doesn't care whether one believes in one god, many gods or no god at all. The law doesn't care if one operates out of love or pure, unadulterated greed and unhealthy love for power and control. But then, what is unhealthy for some maybe perfectly healthy for others. The Gods don't really care as long as we are pawns in their own agenda.

The Law indeed operates as if God (or whatever your own conception is ) were holding a MIRROR REFLECTING BACK TO YOU exactly what YOU believe, exactly what YOU predominantly focus on.

Think of as God as an ugly fellow holding this MIRROR which REFLECTS to you everything you deeply believe, everything you PREDOMINANTLY THINK about and FOCUS ON.

You don't like it that way?

Then thin of the Universe as a giant MIRROR which REFLECTS to you everything you deeply believe, everything you PREDOMINANTLY THINK about and FOCUS ON.

Or ... do NOT think at all.

Whatever you do, the Law of Belief/Attraction will continue to operate -- juts like it has been doing for all eternity.

The ONLY way to control the Law of Belief/Attraction and make it work to your advantage is by identifying and eliminating as many limiting, conflicting beliefs, values and 5B3rules as you can identify.

There is NO other way because the Law of Belief/Attraction is activated by the VIBRATIONS of your predominant thoughts acting like magnets. And the THOUGHTS you think, the ones producing the vibrations responsible for activating the Law of Belief/Attraction, are in the PREDOMINANT direction of your beliefs, values and rules.
